Ordering is done in writing or by telephone to Hgbrands. HGbrands only sells to companies and public institutions, there are no sales to private individuals.
All prices are excl. VAT. However, indicative sale prices incl. VAT.
Reservations are made for: Price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold-out items and printing errors.
The prices are only valid within Denmark’s borders.
An invoice is included with each order, which is typically a credit period of 14 days.
All goods are sent by Postnord or GLS. Almost all our deliveries are shipped within 24 hours of ordering.
HGbrands cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries in connection with delayed deliveries or manufacturing defects in products. Every single order strives for a timely delivery.
Once you have received your goods, you must compare them with the order confirmation. Check the item / package for transport damage before receipt of receipt, if there is damage to the item, an objection is made to the transport company on site.
If the packaging shows signs of breakage or other damage when you receive it, open the package in the presence of the carrier or postman.
Receipt for receipt is a receipt for receipt of the goods.
If the item is damaged, the receipt will be rejected. GLS or Postnord will then take the package with them again. Then we must be contacted.
If you only discover the damage after you have opened the package, you must contact HGbrands. To report the transport damage in time to HGbrands, a complaint must be made to HGbrands within 5 working days.
Buyer cannot claim damages that are discovered later against HGbrands.
It is important to save the packaging so that GLS / Postnord can inspect the damage / packaging.
6. Return of goods:
If you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact HGBrands.
We send a paid postal receipt or request a freight forwarder.
We will send a new item once we have received the defective one.
The order confirmation, which is sent automatically, contains prices and para. number. As well as name, delivery address and date.
8. Warranty / Right of complaint
According to the Purchase Act within business to business, there is a 3-month complaint period. Some manufacturers also provide a guarantee on their products, in addition to what the Purchase Act requires. This warranty is provided by the manufacturers and not by HGbrands. The guarantee does not apply in the event of operating errors, misuse, lack of maintenance or the like.
Regardless of which country the product is sent to, HGBrands complies exclusively with Danish law.
If an item is to be serviced according to the warranty, it must be sent to HGbrands, after which we will repair and return the product to you as soon as possible. If the item is covered by the warranty, HGbrands covers all expenses in connection with the transport and servicing of the product.
Factory defects or hidden defects must be reported to HGbrand within 5 working days of receipt, it is therefore important to check the item within this time.
No items can be returned unfranked or per. cash on delivery.
